...................................... Garden Of Love

...............................................................||...

....................In my quaint garden of steadfast affection
.................I wander, paying little mind of loves direction.
...............Tending flowers in quiet solitude; my reflections
.............of you are my own secret passion.

...........I know I kneel in chromatic dreams
.........where purpose blushes, it often seems.
.........For when I hear you saying what you mean
...........it's then, my heart needs begin to gleam . . .

.............and in my gleaming heart resides Canterbury Bells
..............of varied colors and perfumed smells;
................if you listen close, the sound of glow's dwelling
....................is livid with love's blooming swell.
